The Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 (WA) establishes a new privacy framework for Western Australia, with full effect from July 2026. TRC is committed to complying with this legislation as it comes into force, including any obligations relating to the responsible sharing of information and the role of the WA Information Commissioner.

We will update this Privacy Policy as required to reflect any changes arising from this legislation.
